French Playdate was founded by a French-born woman concerned about the bilingualism and biculturalism of her French-American children.
Staff:
Agathe (Founder)
A native of France, Agathe holds a Diploma in Fine Art from the Ecole Superieure d’Art in Toulon, France and a certification in Photography from MJM Graphic Design in Paris, France. She has lived in San Francisco for several years, working as freelance artist and a French tutor.
Before moving to San Francisco, Agathe was a photojournalist for online magazines in Paris.
Last but not least, Agathe is the proud mother of two boys.

Fleur (Teacher)
A native of Monaco, Fleur holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Languages from the Université de Provence in Aix-en-Provence, a Master’s Degree in International Relations from Golden University in San Francisco and teaching credentials in both French and Spanish.
Fleur has been living in San Francisco for 15 years and has worked as a French and Spanish teacher in several San Francisco public high schools. She is also the mom of two toddlers, a boy and a girl.
French Playdate has completed requirements for CA Child Care – Pediatric First Aid, Adult, Infant and Child CPR as well as CA Child Care Preventative Health and Safety.
